OMfluence Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Carbondale, Colorado.

Founded by longtime friends and creative collaborators, Olivia Savard and Marlene Neidert, we started this agency with a clear goal—to help businesses create marketing strategies that are engaging, intentional, and built to last.

We focus on long-term, sustainable marketing efforts that help businesses grow in a way that makes sense for them. By taking a holistic approach, we ensure that every brand we work with has a strategy tailored to its unique goals, audience, and budget—so that the impact isn’t just immediate, but long-term.

We bring a mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience to the table, working closely with our clients to develop impactful marketing that aligns with their brand and their audience.

Marlene and Olivia met over a decade ago and quickly bonded over their shared love of digital marketing. Both running their own social media businesses, they often collaborated and dreamed of working together. In 2023, they took the leap and launched Hospitality Marketing, their first joint venture, specializing in hospitality and destination marketing.

The response was incredible—not just from hospitality brands but from businesses in all industries looking for a more intentional and creative approach to marketing. As demand grew, it became clear that our expertise extended beyond travel and tourism, and in 2024, OMfluence was born—specializing in social media and email marketing, with a focus on custom, long-term strategies that help businesses grow sustainably.

That same year, we were fortunate to have Taylor Thulson join our team, bringing her incredible talent to our agency. We are so grateful to have her on board.

is a digital marketer with a passion for storytelling and building community online. She helps brands cultivate meaningful engagement through strategic social media and content marketing, making digital marketing approachable while building brand loyalty. Always keeping up with the ever-changing digital landscape, she strengthens brand presence across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Born and raised in Carbondale, Colorado, Olivia moved to East Berkshire, Vermont in 2022 but visits Colorado multiple times a year.

Marlene Neidert

Marlene

Marlene is a digital strategist who blends creativity with data to help brands grow sustainably. As OMfluence’s creative director, she ensures strategy and creativity go hand in hand, bringing her advertising expertise to every project. A Meta-certified media buyer, she specializes in LinkedIn, newsletter campaigns, and digital advertising. Originally from Vienna, Austria, she now lives in Carbondale, Colorado, with her husband and daughter but returns to Vienna twice a year to visit EU clients.

Taylor is a skilled social media strategist with an eye for organization and execution. With a background as the Marketing Director at the historic Hotel Colorado, she brings a wealth of experience in community management and content planning. Now, as the project manager at OMfluence, she ensures that marketing efforts stay on track, deadlines are met, and clients see real, measurable growth. Taylor was born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley and now lives in New Castle with her husband and son.
