OMfluence was built on a shared belief that marketing should feel intentional, creative, and, especially in a world with AI, human.
Marlene and Olivia met over a decade ago and quickly bonded over their shared love of digital marketing. Both running their own social media businesses, they often collaborated and dreamed of working together. In 2023, they took the leap and launched Hospitality Marketing, their first joint venture, specializing in hospitality and destination marketing.
The work quickly expanded beyond that initial focus. Businesses, organizations, and communities across industries were looking for marketing that felt more aligned, more sustainable, and less generic. OMfluence evolved to meet that need, offering social media and email marketing rooted in long-term strategy and community connection.
As the work grew, so did the team. Today, OMfluence is supported by talented collaborators who share the same values and commitment to clear communication, strong relationships, and meaningful results.

Marlene Neidert
Co-Owner | Creative Director | Strategist
Marlene leads creative strategy at OMfluence, bringing together thoughtful design, clear messaging, and data-informed decision making. She works across organic and paid campaigns to ensure strategy and creativity support one another and align with long-term goals.
A Meta-certified media buyer, Marlene specializes in digital advertising, Social Media strategy, and email campaigns. Her experience includes working as Marketing Manager for Visit Glenwood, as well as supporting brands such as Marriott Vienna and a Colorado-based outdoor outfitter. These experiences have helped her develop a strong understanding of tourism priorities and community collaboration.
Originally from Vienna, Austria, Marlene brings an international perspective to her work and maintains relationships with tourism partners in Europe. She is a graduate of the Colorado Tourism Office Leadership Program and remains active within the statewide tourism community. Marlene lives in Carbondale, Colorado, with her husband and daughter.
Olivia Savard
Co-Owner | Communications Director
Olivia leads communications and storytelling at OMfluence, shaping how brands show up, sound, and connect across digital platforms. Her work centers on clear messaging, a cohesive voice, and developing content that feels natural while being rooted in overall strategy.
She oversees copywriting, content research, and tone of voice across social media, working with businesses, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations. Olivia supports everything from short-form social content to longer-form storytelling, video scripting, and content ideation, helping clients communicate consistently and connect intentionally with their audiences.
Born and raised in Marble, Colorado, Olivia brings a strong understanding of local culture and community values to her work. That perspective shapes her approach to communication and online community building. She currently lives in East Berkshire, Vermont, where she continues to build relationships and connections within another small-town community, while traveling to Colorado regularly to stay closely connected to the western region and the clients OMfluence serves.
Taylor Thulson
Project & Community Manager
Taylor is a skilled social media strategist with a strong eye for organization and execution. With a background as Marketing Director at the historic Hotel Colorado, she brings valuable experience in content planning, community management, and day-to-day social media operations. As project manager at OMfluence, she helps keep marketing efforts on track, ensures deadlines are met, and supports steady account growth for clients.
She manages daily posting and stories, oversees community engagement, and serves as the first point of contact for inbound messages and comments. Taylor also supports user-generated content, creator coordination, and live posting during events and high-visibility moments.
Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Taylor brings a deep understanding of the local community to her work. She currently lives in Silt with her husband and son.
Elise Hillbrand
Digital Artist and Video Editor
Elise is a digital artist and video editor at OMfluence, supporting visual storytelling through design, motion, and creative execution. She brings a thoughtful, artistic approach to every project, helping translate ideas into visuals that are on-brand and engaging.
Elise is a creative problem solver, working in a variety of artistic mediums allows her to explore new ideas and ways to create visual identity. Her curiosity and interest in the natural world and her surrounding environment strongly influences her creative work. That perspective shows up in the details, from video edits to design elements that add depth and personality to client content.
Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Elise’s artistic inspiration comes from her love of the outdoors. She creates small-batch paper goods and apparel under her small business Mtn Poppy Co. with the intention that art belongs in everyday life. When she isn’t exploring new ideas in the studio, Elise can be found inspiration-seeking in the mountains with her sketchbook and a thermos of coffee.

Her web-focused approach ensures sites are easy to navigate, user-centered, and designed to feel clear, functional, and aligned with each client’s goals.
